What to expect
As you enter the peaceful room with its gentle, ambient lighting, you see a cosy circle set up with rugs and blankets.
You feel your body relax as you realise that for the next couple of hours, there’s nothing else you need to do except be.

While sound baths are generally safe and relaxing for most people, your wellbeing is my priority and I want to ensure a safe experience for everyone, so please read the following care.
Medical exemptions
We advise against participating in sound baths if you have:
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Recent concussion or head injury
Pacemaker or other electrical implants
Inner ear problems or balance disorders
Pregnancy (especially within your first trimester – please consult your doctor before booking)
General precautions
If you have a mental health condition, are undergoing treatment for PTSD or have sensory processing sensitivities, please consult your doctor before attending.
Individuals with tinnitus may experience temporary intensification of symptoms. Those with sound sensitivity should inform the facilitator for appropriate accommodations.
You are welcome to bring and use your own protective earplugs or headphones.

By participating, you acknowledge that you have no known medical conditions that may be adversely affected by sound therapy.
If you experience any discomfort during the session, please quietly inform me or step out of the space.
